At each winery
We pull up to the tasting room entrance and drop you at the door — no walking from a lot. Your chauffeur checks in your reservation if needed, then waits nearby with the vehicle. Bottles you buy go straight into chilled storage, so nothing sits in the sun.
Heading home
When you're ready to move on, your chauffeur is already waiting out front. At the end of the day we drive you door to door back to your Bay Area pickup address, however long the ride takes.
Planning your tour
You pick the wineries. We handle everything on wheels — routing, timing, and door-to-door driving from your Bay Area address.
Tastings and lunch are reserved by you directly with each winery; most Napa wineries require appointments, so book those first and we'll build the schedule around them.
Full-day tours are booked hourly with an eight-hour minimum. Half-day tours start at Six hours, and overnight or multi-day trips are quoted separately. Pricing depends on group size, length, and itinerary.

Additional time will be billed according to the reserved vehicle’s hourly rate. Extensions are subject to chauffeur and vehicle availability, so we recommend reserving enough time for tastings, lunch, traffic, and unexpected delays.
Yes, subject to timing, distance, winery availability, and the reserved service duration. Additional time beyond the scheduled reservation will be billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Alcohol may be permitted in certain vehicles when all passengers are of legal drinking age and applicable laws and company policies allow it. Please confirm with our team before the reservation. The chauffeur may refuse service to anyone whose behavior creates a safety concern.
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages may be permitted depending on the selected vehicle. Please ask before your trip. Open alcohol and food policies may vary by vehicle, and cleaning fees may apply for spills, stains, or excessive mess.
No. Winery tasting fees are generally paid directly to each winery and are separate from your transportation charges.
Most groups comfortably visit three wineries in one day, depending on tasting times, travel distance, lunch plans, and the location of each winery. Trying to visit too many wineries may make the day feel rushed.
Our team can assist with transportation timing, routing, and the order of your stops. However, guests are generally responsible for selecting wineries and making tasting reservations directly with each winery.
Advance reservations are recommended, especially for weekends, holidays, conferences, weddings, concerts, and major Bay Area events. Same-day service may be available depending on vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Yes. Our chauffeurs are professionally screened, background-checked, and driving-record reviewed. They are also trained to provide courteous, discreet, and dependable luxury transportation.
Gratuity is optional and at your discretion. You may tip your chauffeur directly or contact us to have a gratuity amount added separately.

Cancellation terms vary by vehicle and reservation type. Sedan and SUV reservations may be canceled without charge at least 24 hours before pickup. Sprinter van, mini coach, and motor coach reservations require at least seven days’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.
