Yes. Dogs and cats are allowed, but they must remain secured in a kennel during the entire ride. Please inform us when booking. An additional cleaning fee may apply if extra cleaning is required after the trip.

Yes. Our chauffeurs are professionally screened, background-checked, and driving-record reviewed. They are also trained to provide courteous, discreet, and dependable luxury transportation.

Gratuity is optional and at your discretion. You may tip your chauffeur directly or contact us to have a gratuity amount added separately.

Parking fees, tolls, airport fees, permits, and other trip-related expenses may be added when applicable. Your quote or reservation confirmation will explain which charges are included in your service. Please review our Terms and Conditions for more information.

SF Black Car provides private car service and group transportation throughout San Francisco, Silicon Valley, the Peninsula, the East Bay, Marin County, Napa Valley, Sonoma County, and other Bay Area destinations, including all major airports.

Log in and click INVOICES at the top of the page to view or download any invoice. You can also open it from the confirmation or payment email we sent. If you cannot find an invoice or cannot get into your account, contact us and we will resend it.

One-way service provides transportation from one pickup location to one destination, usually at a fixed rate. Hourly car service gives you a private vehicle and dedicated chauffeur for a reserved number of hours. The chauffeur remains available throughout the reservation, allowing multiple stops, waiting time, and reasonable itinerary changes without booking a separate ride for each destination.

You will receive the name and phone number of your driver Two hour before your pickup time. These are sent to you via email. If you have booked for someone else and entered the contact details of the passenger, then they will receive these details as well.

Cancellation terms vary by vehicle and reservation type. Sedan and SUV reservations may be canceled without charge at least 24 hours before pickup. Sprinter van, mini coach, and motor coach reservations require at least seven days’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. Please review your reservation confirmation for the exact terms.

Yes. Child seats are available upon request for an additional fee. Please provide the child’s age and approximate weight when booking.

For safety reasons, our chauffeurs are not responsible for installing child seats. The parent or guardian must install or inspect the seat and confirm that it is properly secured before travel. SF Black Car is not responsible for improperly installed child seats.

Please call or email SF Black Car as soon as possible with your reservation details and requested changes. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may affect the total price. Once updated, we will send you a revised confirmation.

Yes. You can book transportation for another passenger. Please provide the passenger’s full name and mobile phone number so they can receive chauffeur details and pickup updates. The person making the reservation remains responsible for payment and any booking changes.

All prices are per vehicle, not per person. The total rate depends on the vehicle type, itinerary, service duration, and any additional services requested.
