Yes. Guest shuttle service is one of our most requested wedding services. We run Sprinter vans, 27–28 passenger mini coaches, and 40–56 passenger motor coaches between hotels, ceremonies, receptions, and after-party locations — as scheduled transfers or continuous rotations depending on your guest count and venue.

Yes. We build hotel-to-venue shuttle schedules around your guest count, the number of hotels, travel time, and your ceremony start time. For multiple hotels, we can consolidate pickups or run separate routes, and we coordinate return service at the end of the reception.

Yes. SF Black Car operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and holidays. Advance reservations are recommended for early-morning departures and late-night arrivals.

Luggage capacity depends on the selected vehicle. Please provide the number of passengers and the approximate number and size of bags when booking so we can recommend the appropriate vehicle.

Pickup time depends on your location, airport, airline, travel date, traffic conditions, and whether the flight is domestic or international. We recommend allowing additional time during weekday commute hours, holidays, conferences, and major Bay Area events.

Advance reservations are recommended, especially for weekends, holidays, conferences, weddings, concerts, and major Bay Area events. Same-day service may be available depending on vehicle and chauffeur availability.

Yes. Our chauffeurs are professionally screened, background-checked, and driving-record reviewed. They are also trained to provide courteous, discreet, and dependable luxury transportation.

Gratuity is optional and at your discretion. You may tip your chauffeur directly or contact us to have a gratuity amount added separately.

One-way service provides transportation from one pickup location to one destination, usually at a fixed rate. Hourly car service gives you a private vehicle and dedicated chauffeur for a reserved number of hours. The chauffeur remains available throughout the reservation, allowing multiple stops, waiting time, and reasonable itinerary changes without booking a separate ride for each destination.

You will receive the name and phone number of your driver Two hour before your pickup time. These are sent to you via email. If you have booked for someone else and entered the contact details of the passenger, then they will receive these details as well.

No, even if the driver arrives early, your complimentary wait time starts at your scheduled pickup time. The complimentary wait time is 45 minutes for airport pickups, and 5 minutes for all other pickups. By providing your flight details when you book, your driver will be able to track your arrival time and can adjust your pickup time accordingly. If there is a very long delay and the driver is not able to wait, we will contact you to work out an alternative solution.

Cancellation terms vary by vehicle and reservation type. Sedan and SUV reservations may be canceled without charge at least 24 hours before pickup. Sprinter van, mini coach, and motor coach reservations require at least seven days’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. Please review your reservation confirmation for the exact terms.

Yes. Child seats are available upon request for an additional fee. Please provide the child’s age and approximate weight when booking.

For safety reasons, our chauffeurs are not responsible for installing child seats. The parent or guardian must install or inspect the seat and confirm that it is properly secured before travel. SF Black Car is not responsible for improperly installed child seats.

Please call or email SF Black Car as soon as possible with your reservation details and requested changes. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may affect the total price. Once updated, we will send you a revised confirmation.

Yes. You can book transportation for another passenger. Please provide the passenger’s full name and mobile phone number so they can receive chauffeur details and pickup updates. The person making the reservation remains responsible for payment and any booking changes.
